We went to Barbate, where Satcha used to go every summer when he was a kid, to visit his friends and enjoy some sun and relax on the beach.
We flew to Seville where we rented a car and from there drove the 2 hours to Barbate. It had been 2 years since the last time we were there and Maya didn't remember (since she was only 4 months old then).
It was a great time!!! Ana was a wonderful hostess and it was fun meeting Gildo and seeing Ana Cristo, Juan Carlos and Nati again. We relaxed, went for walks along the boardwalk, went to the beach and I went scuba diving. And the food was so good, Ana prepared delicious food!!!! (The tuna was the best...YUMMY!!!)
Maya liked playing in the sand on the beach (and eating it, too), but didn't want to go in the water. Finally, on the last day, we got her to put her feet in and helped her jump over the waves. After that, she didn't want to get out!!!!
It was a really fun, relaxing trip.
