Paris (Again!) – This Time With Maya & Noa
It feels kind of funny to be writing about Paris again so soon, but here it is — my second trip there in just under three months (and my sixth overall!!!). This time, the big difference was that the four of us went together, which completely changed the experience — in the best way.
The last time Maya and Noa were in Paris, they were only 4 and 1 years old, so they don't remember much except what they've seen in pictures. For them, this trip was basically their first real experience of the city. It was so much fun exploring Paris with them and watching everything feel new and exciting through their eyes.
We ended up doing all the classic tourist things: we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, we saw the Eiffel Tower both during the day and at night, climbed the Notre-Dame Bell Towers and went in the Cathedral, walked the Champs-Élysées, saw the Luxor Obelisk, saw the Louvre from the outside, visited Moulin Rouge, went to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, saw the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, and wandered around Montmartre. Basically, we hit all the "must-see" spots.
And of course, we ate well - lots of crepes and croissants. Maya and Noa even tried macarons, though they weren't huge fans.
One of the highlights was spending time with Tirma, Raul, Iker, and Kiara. Watching the cousins laugh and hang out together made the trip even more special.
Then came the not-so-fun part...somehow, when booking our flights, we accidentally scheduled our return for March 17 instead of February 17 (eeeek!!!!). Luckily, we noticed when we tried to check in two days before, rather than at the airport. And then came the huffing-puffing panic. We ended up buying brand-new one-way tickets home, which somehow cost more than our original round-trip tickets....uuuugggghhh. Definitely not our finest moment, and a very expensive reminder to triple-check dates.
Even with that little disaster, the trip was amazing. Maya and Noa had the best time, we made so many memories, and the plane-ticket fiasco will probably become one of those funny stories we tell later (just...not quite yet). The pictures say it all — you can really see how much fun we had together.

Trips like this are such a great reminder of why I love traveling with Satcha, Maya, and Noa. Exploring a city together and watching Maya and Noa enjoy the experience just makes it feel magical. Paris felt extra special this time with all of us there, and from start to finish, it was full of smiles, laughter, and memories I'll always treasure. I can't wait for our next adventure.
